1. General Information

These Terms of Service govern the use of this website and the purchase of original artworks, prints, and commissioned pieces. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Commissions Policy

​

2.1 Commission Requests

  • I take on a limited number of commissions and consider each request on a case-by-case basis.

  • To request a commission, you must submit an inquiry through the provided form with details, including desired size and reference images/links.

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission if I feel I cannot bring the vision to life effectively.

2.2 Pricing & Payment

  • All commissions require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins.

  • The remaining 50% balance must be paid upon completion before shipping or handover.

  • Prices are agreed upon before work begins, and once confirmed, they are non-negotiable.

2.3 Revisions & Changes

  • No revisions are included in the quote. When ordering, you trust that I will bring the vision to life in line with my style & previous works.

  • Once the final piece is approved and delivered, no further revisions can be made.

3. Product Sales (Originals & Prints)

  • All prices are listed in GBP and may be subject to change without notice.

  • Orders are processed within 5 business days and shipped according to the delivery method selected.

  • I reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at my discretion (e.g., suspected fraud or policy violations).

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 General Shipping Policy

  • Shipping costs are not included in the base price of items and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. I am not responsible for delays due to incorrect information.

4.2 Lost or Damaged Packages

  • All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance to protect against loss or damage.

  • Once the item is shipped, I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods.

  • If an issue arises, I will assist in filing a claim with the shipping provider, but no refunds will be issued for courier-related issues.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 General Return Policy

  • Due to the nature of artwork, all sales are final, and I do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • Refunds are only issued if the order was damaged in transit and an insurance claim is successful.

5.2 Commissioned Artwork

  • No refunds will be issued for custom commissions once the deposit is paid and work has begun.

  • In rare cases where I am unable to complete a commission, a partial refund may be discussed.

6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

6.1 Ownership of Artwork

  • When purchasing original artwork, you own the physical piece, but not the reproduction rights.

  • I retain the right to create prints, promotional materials, and display images of all original artworks unless otherwise agreed.

6.2 Personal & Commercial Use

  • Purchased artworks are for personal use only.

  • If you wish to use an artwork for commercial purposes, please contact me for licensing terms.

7. Website Use & Content

  • All images, text, and designs on this website are owned by Clara Rhodes and cannot be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

  • I reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
