COMMISSIONS

I take on a limited number of commissions and carefully consider each request to ensure I can bring your vision to life in the best way possible.

 

If you have an idea, please fill out the form below, including any reference images or links and your desired canvas size. I work exclusively on canvas using acrylics and oil pastels, so please keep this in mind when submitting your request.

 

I’ll review your request and get back to you to discuss feasibility, pricing, and timeframes. Estimated completion time will be provided upfront, though timeframes may vary due to workload or complexity.

All commissions require a 50% deposit before work begins. This is non-refundable once work has started. The final balance must be paid upon completion & prior to shipping.

Shipping costs are not included in the quote and will be calculated separately. All commissions are carefully packaged and shipped with a tracking number and insurance to protect against loss or damage.
Once the artwork has been shipped, I am not responsible for any damage or loss caused during transit. If an issue arises, I will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider. Clients are responsible for any customs/import fees.

 

The client owns the original artwork, but I, Clara Rhodes, retain the right to create prints and share images of the piece unless otherwise agreed.
